The Challenge

Software is useless if staff refuses to log in.

Clove Dental, India's largest dental clinic chain, has clinics across the country. They acquire thousands of patient inquiries monthly from social media ads and Google searches. However, clinic staff (receptionists, dentists, coordinators) are busy treating patients and did not have time to log in to click dozens of buttons, fill out forms, and update statuses on complex CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Because of this, CRM adoption dropped to 0%. Leads fell through the cracks, and manual follow-up rates crashed to 30%. The owner had zero pipeline visibility, and there was no way to check if ad spend was actually turning into appointments.
